1. Kyle Maynard, a 4-limb amputee doing KB thrusters and muscle ups? I will never complain about these moves again.
2. 91 year-old Bernice Bates still practices and teaches yoga. If a 91 year old can do it, so can you!
3. Cheryl Nasso strugged with anorexia for 5 years. Two years after she hit her bottom weight of 85 pounds, she was competing in the Crossfit Games as one of the "fittest women in the world".
